I found myself back in school teamwork land this evening with my team of fellow students for a project associated with my marketing class.
It was all too familiar territory working with my group this evening even though it's been almost 10 yrs. since graduating with my Bachelor's in MIS and working on similar projects. Teamwork with fellow students is a challenge due to its nature of throwing a couple of people together for a short time and placing demands on them. Everyone always wants to contribute and it is a situation where difficulties can ensue if communication breakdown has occured. This was realized this evening (sorry Mitchell).
It's not always like that in the real working world, where teams are selected based off of past performance and due diligence is part of the equation. I look forward to getting a good project compiled, as we have a very sharp group of people, who have great ideas and are working toward a common goal... (Making an A) 8-).
